THE STORY BEHIND L.I.F365
A BRAND BORN FROM A PERSONAL JOURNEY.
My journey with fitness and body image has never been a straight line. I've experienced weight changes, periods of being in great shape, and times when my body looked and felt different.
As a fitness trainer, I wanted clothing that allowed me to look good and feel comfortable without feeling like I had to reveal more of my body than I wanted to. Even after losing weight and becoming fit, I sometimes still saw myself through the eyes of the person who had struggled with weight.
Loose-fitting clothing became my comfort zone.
I also recognized that some of my clients experienced similar feelings. They wanted to be active, feel good, and enjoy fitness, but weren't always comfortable showing their bodies in traditional workout clothing.
I understood that feeling because I had lived it.
Over time, I began receiving compliments about the clothing I wore. That made me look at my ideas differently. What started as something personal could become something meaningful for others.
As I faced additional personal and medical challenges, creating and building this clothing brand became another way for me to keep moving forward.
That's part of the story behind L.I.F365.
It isn't about having the perfect body. It isn't about waiting until you reach a certain size. It's about having the freedom to feel comfortable in your own style and live your life as you are.
L.I.F365 is more than a clothing label. It's a reflection of a personal journey, individuality, and everyday style.
