Our Story

 

 

L.I.F365 (Live It Fitness365) is more than a fitness and lifestyle apparel brand — it represents a mindset and a commitment to living life with confidence, purpose, and consistency.


The brand was born from a personal journey in fitness and the search for comfortable, stylish apparel that supports real movement and real bodies. During that journey came major life challenges, including significant health obstacles that tested both confidence and self-image.


Those experiences inspired the creation of apparel that helps people not only look good, but feel confident in their own skin.  The brand originally began in 2012 as 


Dream It & Live It Fitness, but after a life-changing moment that shifted perspective, the philosophy became clear:

From that realization, the brand evolved into Live It Fitness365, representing the belief that living an active and confident lifestyle is a daily commitment.

Today the movement continues through two connected expressions of the brand:
